Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting:
Email: theflatroofingshop@gmail.com
Please include your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
Return Conditions
Unless the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of unwanted items.
Returned goods must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original packaging where possible
- Be in a clean and resalable condition
Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Cut-to-Size Rubber Membranes
Many EPDM rubber membranes are cut specifically to your required dimensions.
As these products are made to your order, returns are subject to a 35% restocking charge once the membrane has been cut.
For this reason, we strongly recommend checking your order confirmation immediately after placing your order.
If you need to amend or cancel an order containing a cut-to-size membrane, please contact us within one hour of receiving your order confirmation. After production has begun, amendments may no longer be possible.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refunds
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to the remedies available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
