Pre-formed fibreglass corner for neat wall-to-kerb & wall-to-drip junctions
The C2 GRP Right Hand Wall Fillet to Upstand Corner is a hot-pressed, pre-formed fibreglass corner designed for use where a kerb or drip trim meets a wall fillet on the right-hand side.
Instead of cutting and forming trims on site, this moulded corner creates a clean, uniform 90° junction between wall edge and upstand trims, saving time and delivering a more professional finish.
Suitable for use with common GRP trim profiles including A200, B260 and D260.
What It’s Used For ▸
- Forming right-hand wall-to-kerb corners
- Forming right-hand wall-to-drip corners
- Creating tidy junctions between upstands and wall edges
- Replacing site-cut mitred corners
Designed specifically for GRP roofing systems where consistent detailing matters.
Why It Matters ▸
Wall-to-kerb junctions are one of the most visible and stress-prone areas on a GRP roof.
Hand-cut mitred corners can:
- Look inconsistent
- Take longer to install
- Create weak or uneven joins
- Require more finishing work
A pre-formed C2 corner:
- Speeds up installation
- Ensures consistent shape and angle
- Improves overall finish quality
It provides a repeatable, uniform corner detail that looks cleaner once laminated and top coated.
Installation Overview ▸
- Position the corner and mechanically fix to the deck (each end and centrally).
- Apply a thin bead of PU trim adhesive at trim junctions.
- Fit adjoining trims into place.
- Bandage over the joint using taping mat and wet out with base resin.
- Use finishing tissue if required for a smooth final edge.
- Top coat as part of the system.
Always ensure surfaces are clean and dry before bonding and laminating.

Roofer’s Perspective ▸
Corners are where messy detailing shows up. A moulded C2 corner keeps the junction neat and consistent without having to cut and shape trims on site.
