This ClassicBond EPDM rubber roofing kit is designed specifically for:

• Porch roofs with flat roofs
• Roof layouts where:

1. The front edge discharges into a gutter
2. The rear edge adjoins a house wall
3. The two side edges finish with kerb trims

• Timber roof decks only (OSB3 or plywood)

Because the porch roof connects to the house, this kit includes the correct wall trim and detailing components to achieve a clean, weatherproof finish.

This kit is not suitable for laying over existing felt or GRP roofs.

The EPDM rubber membrane supplied is the exact size stated in the kit. You must allow extra material for dressing the membrane up edges and into trims.

For porch roofs:

• Add 300mm to the length
• Add 300mm to the width

Example:

If your porch roof measures 2.0m × 3.0m, you should select a minimum kit size of 2.3m × 3.3m. Ordering a kit that’s too small can leave you short of membrane at the edges.
