This ClassicBond EPDM kit is designed for:

• Garden rooms with flat roofs
• Detached structures where:

1. Three edges finish with kerb trims
2. One edge discharges into a gutter

• Timber roof decks only (OSB3 or plywood)

It is not suitable for laying over existing felt or GRP roofs.

If your roof joins directly to a house wall, an extension specific kit should be used instead.
