The ClassicBond SPB Spray Gun is the dedicated applicator for ClassicBond SPB Sprayable Contact Bonding Adhesive, designed to deliver fast, controlled, and even adhesive coverage on EPDM rubber roofing installations.

Each spray gun is supplied with a compatible spray tip included free, allowing you to connect directly to your SPB Spray Hose and adhesive canister.

Important: Correct Pressure Control (Prevents Hose Blockage)

Once the spray gun and hose are connected to the adhesive canister:

⚠️ Leave the pressure dial on the canister fully open.

Pressure should be controlled only using the dial on the spray gun.

If the pressure is turned off at the canister while the hose remains connected, adhesive can cure inside the hose, potentially blocking it.

Correct pressure management protects your equipment and prevents unnecessary downtime.

How It’s Used (Overview)

1. Connect spray gun to SPB hose
2. Connect hose to SPB adhesive canister
3. Open the canister valve fully
4. Adjust spray pressure using the dial on the gun
5. Hold spray head approx. 150–200mm from surface
6. Apply adhesive evenly to both surfaces
7. Allow adhesive to flash off before bonding

Once bonded, EPDM membrane cannot be repositioned.
