The Flexitec 2020 10m² Roofing Kit provides everything required to install a reinforced, Flexitec GRP system over approximately 10m² of prepared substrate - excluding perimeter trims.
Flexitec 2020 is a flexible, single-resin GRP system manufactured in the UK by Restec. It combines the toughness of traditional fibreglass with the versatility of overlay systems, allowing application over felt, asphalt, concrete, GRP, PVC single-ply and OSB3 decks.
This is a professional installer system.
What This Kit Covers ▸
Designed to cover approximately 10m², the kit supports:
- Full overlay applications
- New OSB3 TG4 decks
- Balcony and terrace waterproofing
- Seamless, reinforced two-coat installation
When installed to the specified coverage rates, it forms a fully reinforced, flexible and seamless GRP membrane.
Perimeter trims are not included.

- 1 x 2.5kg Flexitec Primer
- 1 x 1kg Flexitec Powder Hardener
- 1 x 225g/m² Chopped Strand Mat (sufficient for 10m²)
- 2 x Restec Mixing Buckets
- Roller frames & solvent-resistant sleeves
- Application brushes
- Sandpaper
Quantities are balanced to suit a standard 10m² two-coat Flexitec system.

Installation Overview ▸
- Prepare and dry substrate thoroughly.
- Prime where required (essential on porous surfaces).
- Apply first coat of Flexitec Resin with 225g CSM reinforcement.
- Consolidate fully to achieve a closed, pinhole-free surface.
- Apply second coat at specified coverage rate.
