GRP Abutment Trim for Pitched Roof to Flat Roof Junctions

This 300mm GRP Fibreglass Flat Sheet Roll is used beneath the final row of tiles or slates where a pitched roof meets a GRP flat roof.

It provides a compatible GRP transition detail that allows the flat roof laminate to tie in correctly before tiles are reinstated.

Available in 5m, 10m, 15m and 20m lengths.

Installing beneath the last row of tiles at pitched roof abutments
Forming the transition between pitched and GRP flat roofs

Designed specifically for this junction detail within GRP systems.

Installation Overview ▸

Remove the final courses of tiles as required.
Mechanically fix the flat sheet to the OSB deck only.
Reinforce and encapsulate the fixed section within the GRP laminate.
Reinstate tiles once cured.

The section against the pitched roof should remain free to allow movement.
