Consolidation Roller for Fibreglass & Liquid Roofing Systems
A GRP paddle roller, often referred to as a bubble buster, is used to consolidate chopped strand mat (CSM) into wet resin during fibreglass roofing installations.
Its ribbed metal design forces resin through the matting, ensuring full fibre saturation and removing trapped air pockets from the laminate.
Available in 75mm, 140mm and 230mm widths to suit detail work, mid-field consolidation and larger roof areas.
What It’s Used For ▸
- Working resin through 225g, 450g or 600g CSM
- Removing trapped air bubbles
- Achieving proper fibre wet-out
- Creating a dense, pinhole-free laminate
- Consolidating joints and reinforced detailing areas
Suitable for traditional GRP and flexible liquid-applied fibreglass systems.

Roofer’s Perspective ▸
