Self-Adhesive EPDM Drain Outlet for Resitrix Flat Roof Systems
This Resitrix internal drain outlet, also known as a drop outlet, is designed to connect a vertical downpipe directly through the roof deck and onto the installed Resitrix EPDM Membrane.
Manufactured with a self-adhesive Resitrix EPDM flange, it is welded directly to the installed Resitrix membrane to create a secure, watertight bond. The polypropylene spigot provides a durable connection into the rainwater pipe below.

This drop outlet integrates directly with the Resitrix membrane, allowing the flange to be welded to the field sheet. This creates:

Because the flange is manufactured from Resitrix material, it maintains system compatibility and reduces the risk of detailing failures.
Installation Overview ▸
- Install and fully bond the Resitrix membrane.
- Cut an opening in the membrane to match the outlet spigot diameter.
- Insert the drop outlet into position through the deck.
- Heat weld the Resitrix flange to the main membrane, working from the inner edge outward to ensure a full bond.
Correct welding technique is essential to achieve a watertight seal.
