The Restec GRPROOF 1010 10m² Kit contains everything required to install a reinforced GRP laminate over OSB3 TG4 decking - excluding perimeter trims.
Designed for professional installers, this boxed system provides the correct quantities of Base Resin, Top Coat, Catalyst and 450g chopped strand mat to complete approximately 10m² at the specified coverage rates.
GRPROOF 1010 is manufactured in the UK by Restec and purpose-formulated specifically for flat roofing - not general-purpose GRP.

This kit is calculated to cover approximately 10m² of correctly prepared OSB3 TG4 decking using:
- 450g/m² chopped strand mat reinforcement
- GRPROOF 1010 Base Coat Resin (applied at 1.0L per m²)

When installed to the specified coverage rates, it forms a fully reinforced, seamless GRP roofing membrane.
Perimeter trims and edge details are not included.

Installation Overview ▸
- Install onto correctly fixed, dry OSB3 TG4 decking.
- Tape and reinforce board joints and trims as required.
- Apply Base Resin at 1.0L per m² with 450g CSM.
- Consolidate fully using paddle roller.
- Abrade and acetone wipe if required before top coating.
- Apply Top Coat at 0.66kg per m² for full UV protection.
