UV protection top coat for ARBOFLEX PU liquid roofing systems.
ARBOFLEX® PU UV PROTECT is a single-component aliphatic polyurethane resin designed to protect the ARBOFLEX PU Waterproofing coat from UV degradation.
Applied as the final coat over cured ARBOFLEX PU, it forms a seamless satin-finish layer that protects the reinforced membrane beneath and extends the system life.
Why It’s Required ▸
Polyurethane membranes require UV protection to prevent long-term surface degradation.
ARBOFLEX PU UV PROTECT:
- Shields the membrane from UV radiation
- Improves abrasion resistance
- Resists weathering and temperature variation
- Extends overall system life by approximately 10 years
It completes the reinforced ARBOFLEX PU roofing system.
Application ▸
- Apply to fully cured ARBOFLEX PU membrane
- Roller or brush applied
- Consumption: 70–100 g/m² per coat
- Tack free: approx. 5 minutes at 23°C
- Walkable (light traffic): approx. 3 hours at 23°C
Apply in dry conditions with ambient temperature above 10°C and substrate temperature at least 3°C above dew point.
Not suitable for permanently submerged areas.
