Fully reinforced polyurethane liquid roofing system for flat roof overlays.

ARBOFLEX® PU is a single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane membrane manufactured by CCM Europe. When applied and fully reinforced with ARBOFLEX MATT, it forms a seamless, elastic waterproofing system suitable for refurbishment and overlay projects.

Available in 20kg and 6kg tins.

Designed for Overlay & Refurbishment ▸

ARBOFLEX PU is commonly specified where strip-out is not practical. It can be applied over a range of prepared substrates including concrete, asphalt, bituminous membranes, metal and plywood.

Suitable for:

Flat and low-pitched roofs
Balconies
Metal and asbestos roofs
Inverted roof constructions
Green roof applications

Reinforced System Application ▸

For roofing use, ARBOFLEX PU is installed as a fully reinforced system:

Apply ARBOFLEX PU to substrate
Dry roll ARBOFLEX MATT (225gsm) into wet membrane
Immediately apply further ARBOFLEX PU to fully encapsulate the mat
Apply UV protection layer 24 hours after ARBOFLEX PU has cured

Recommended minimum finished thickness: approx. 1.5mm.

Coverage: 1.5–1.8 kg/m² depending on substrate condition.
20kg tin covers approx. 10–13m²

Service life classification: 25 years (W3)
Application temperature range: 5°C–35°C

The cured membrane remains elastic and resistant to thermal movement.
