This rubber roofing kit is designed specifically for:

• Freestanding garages with flat roofs
• Structures where:

1. One long edge discharges into a gutter
2. The remaining edges finish with kerb trims

• Timber roof decks only (OSB3 or plywood)

This kit is not suitable for laying over existing felt or GRP roofs.

You must allow extra material for dressing the rubber roofing membrane over edges to be secured using your trims.

For garage roofs:

• Add 300mm to the length
• Add 300mm to the width
• Example:

If your garage roof measures 3.5m × 5.0m, select a minimum kit size of 3.8m × 5.3m.

Choosing a kit that’s too small can leave you short of membrane at the edges.

• Water-based adhesive (for the main roof area)
• Contact adhesive (for roof perimeters)
• Sure Edge gutter drip trim (1 long edge)

• Sure Edge external kerb edge corners
• DIY installation tools (rollers, scissors, mini roller / brush)
• All pins, clips and fixings required for trims
