Pre-formed fibreglass corner for neat internal wall junctions
The C3 GRP Internal Wall Fillet Corner is a hot-pressed, pre-formed fibreglass corner designed for use where two wall fillet trims meet at an internal 90° junction.
Used primarily at internal wall and parapet wall corners, this moulded component removes the need to mitre fillet trims on site, creating a clean, uniform internal corner within GRP roofing systems.
Compatible with D260 wall fillet trims.
What It’s Used For ▸
- Forming internal 90° wall-to-wall fillet corners
- Detailing internal parapet wall junctions
- Joining D260 fillet trims at internal corners
- Replacing site-cut mitred fillet corners
Designed specifically for GRP roofing systems where consistent detailing is required.
Why It Matters ▸
Internal wall junctions are common stress points within flat roof systems. Poorly cut mitres can lead to uneven detailing, weak joints and additional finishing work.
Hand-formed corners can:
- Look inconsistent
- Take longer to install
- Create uneven joins
- Require extra resin and sanding
A pre-formed C3 internal corner:
- Speeds up installation
- Ensures consistent internal angles
- Produces a neater finished result
Once laminated and top coated, it forms a seamless internal junction.
Installation Overview ▸
- Position the C3 internal corner and mechanically fix to the deck (each end and centrally).
- Apply a thin bead of PU trim adhesive at trim junctions.
- Fit adjoining D260 fillet trims into place.
- Bandage over the joint using taping mat and wet out with base resin.
- Use finishing tissue if required for a smooth edge.
- Top coat as part of the GRP system.
Always ensure surfaces are clean and dry prior to bonding and laminating.

Roofer’s Perspective ▸
Internal corners can look messy if mitred badly. A moulded C3 internal corner keeps the junction sharp and uniform without spending time cutting and shaping fillets.
