Wall fillet trim for GRP flat roof to wall abutments.
The D260 GRP Wall Fillet Trim is installed where a flat GRP roof meets an adjoining wall or upstand. It forms the correct internal radius at the deck-to-wall junction and provides the base detail for installing a C100 Fibreglass Wall Flashing.
Supplied in 3 metre lengths and designed to integrate directly into GRP laminates including GRPROOF 1010 and Flexitec systems.

Why It’s Required ▸
Forming a deck-to-wall junction purely with resin creates sharp angles and stress points within the laminate. This method is not recommended by GRP manufacturers.
The D260 provides:
- A consistent internal radius
- Proper support for reinforcement
- Reduced stress at 90° changes
- Cleaner, faster detailing
When paired with a C100 flashing, it forms the complete GRP wall abutment detail.
Installation Notes ▸
- Apply PU trim adhesive to the deck and wall in 30mm beads at approx. 300mm centres.
- Position the trim and mechanically fix to the deck only using stainless steel pins.
- Do not mechanically fix the vertical leg into the wall.
- Reinforce the trim-to-deck junction with taping mat.
- Encapsulate within the base laminate.
- Top coat along with main deck area.
- Install C100 wall flashing after laminating as per system guidance.
Allow expansion gaps for movement at the wall interface.
