Overview
Flexitec is one of those products that genuinely changed how I approach liquid roofing jobs. It’s a flexible polyester GRP resin that behaves very differently to traditional fibreglass systems - far more forgiving, far quicker to install, and much better suited to overlays and awkward roof layouts.
This listing is for the Flexitec 2020 resin only, which forms the main waterproofing element of the Flexitec system when used alongside the Flexitec primer, 225 csm reinforcement and accessories.
When installed correctly, it cures fast, stays flexible, and forms a fully seamless membrane with no joints, welds or weak points.
Why I Use Flexitec Resin ▸
Traditional GRP can be brittle and slow. Flexitec isn’t.
Once catalysed with Flexitec powder hardener, this resin wets out reinforcement cleanly, cures consistently, and stays flexible long after installation.
On refurbishment work especially, the ability to overlay existing roof coverings saves time, labour and disruption.
It can also be cleaned and over-coated without grinding back, which is a big practical advantage.
