Reinforced EPDM Gutter Lining for Leaking Box & Valley Gutters
The Resitrix SKW Gutter Lining Kit is a professional solution for lining traditional leaking gutters using a reinforced, fully bonded EPDM system.
Each kit includes a length of Resitrix SKW Full Bond (2.5mm thick) in your chosen width - 333mm, 500mm, 666mm or 1000mm and length - 10m, 20m or 30m - along with the required FG35 primer for substrate preparation.
Instead of stripping out and rebuilding a failed gutter, this system creates a new, fully bonded waterproof lining inside the existing structure, delivering long-term performance with minimal disruption.
Designed for trade installers and refurbishment projects.

All laps and joints must be heat welded.
A Proper Long-Term Fix ▸
Box gutters fail because joints crack, linings split and movement opens up weak points. Once water gets in, it usually tracks straight into the building.
This kit effectively builds a new gutter lining inside the old one.
Because Resitrix SKW is reinforced and fully bonded, it stays stable, doesn’t shrink back and doesn’t rely on surface coatings to stay watertight. All laps are heat welded, so there are no glued seams to fail over time.
It’s a long-term fix - not a patch repair.
Installation Overview ▸
- Thoroughly clean and prepare the existing gutter.
- Prime all surfaces using the supplied FG35 primer.
- Allow primer to dry fully.
- Position the membrane, allowing sufficient width to run up under tiles and dress over the front edge.
- Form stop ends as required.
- Heat weld any joints or outlets.
Correct measurement is essential - ensure you allow enough width to dress up and over edges.
Resitrix internal outlets are also available separately.
