Perimeter Drip Trim for GRP Flat Roofing Systems
The A200 GRP Drip Trim is installed to the run-off edge of flat roofs where water discharges into a gutter. It forms the correct perimeter detail for fibreglass systems and integrates directly into the laminate.
Compatible with GRPROOF 1010 and Flexitec systems.
Application ▸
- Installed at eaves / run-off edges
- Used where water drains directly into a gutter
- Suitable for new build and overlay GRP installations
This profile is not used for raised edges or wall abutments.
Installation Notes ▸
- Install supporting battens as required to position the trim centrally into the gutter.
- Apply PU trim adhesive to the rear of the trim before fixing.
- Mechanically fix into the deck at recommended centres.
- Overlap adjacent trims minimum 50mm and seal with PU adhesive.
- Reinforce trim joints and trim to deck joint with taping mat.
- Encapsulate the horizontal flange within the base laminate.
Installer Tip:
Lightly planing the OSB at the edge allows the flange to sit flush, preventing a lip that can interrupt water flow.
Using GRP trims with a GRP system is essential - perimeter detailing forms part of the structural system.
