ARBOFLEX® Drip Edge Trim - 2.5m

The drip trim is mechanically fixed to the deck and bedded in with a bead of ARBOFLEX PU Sealant at the rear to provide additional securement and reduce wind uplift.

For correct installation:

• ARBOFLEX PU liquid and 225gsm reinforcement matting should be feathered onto the pinned return of the trim.
• This encapsulates the fixing points.
• It ensures fixing holes are sealed and the trim becomes part of the waterproof membrane.

The trim is not simply fixed on - it is integrated into the system build-up.

• Mechanically fix trim into deck.
• Apply ARBOFLEX PU Sealant to the rear before fixing.
• Slide supplied joining piece into rear channel.
• Fit adjoining trim into the receptor end.
• Reinforce over the horizontal return using 225gsm matting and ARBOFLEX PU.
• Apply UV Protect to complete the detail.

Each trim includes one joining piece for clean alignment.

Left-hand and right-hand corner pieces are available for 90° transitions to kerb edges. Drip corners are available to transition 90° to another drip edge.

The ARBOFLEX Drip Edge Trim provides the correct run-off detail for Arboflex PU liquid roofing systems. Mechanically fixed and fully integrated into the reinforced membrane, it forms a secure and weatherproof perimeter edge.
