Raised perimeter trim for controlled water flow on GRP roofs.
The B260 GRP Raised Edge Trim is installed on non-draining roof edges to prevent water running off exposed perimeters and to direct it toward designated gutter edges, typically an A200 drip trim.
It forms the raised edge detail within fibreglass roofing systems and integrates directly into the laminate.
Compatible with GRPROOF 1010, Flexitec, and standard GRP systems.
Application ▸
- Installed on edges where water must be retained
- Used opposite A200 drip trims
- Forms the raised perimeter on flat roofs
- Suitable for new build and overlay GRP installations
The B260 works in conjunction with A200 trims to control roof drainage layout.
Installation Notes ▸
- Fix a single timber batten to the outside fascia, level with the deck surface.
- Apply PU trim adhesive to the batten before bedding the trim.
- Mechanically fix into the deck at recommended centres.
- Overlap adjoining trims minimum 50mm and seal with PU adhesive.
- Reinforce trim joints and trim to deck joint with taping mat.
- Encapsulate the flange within the GRP base laminate.
Perimeter trims are structural components of a GRP roof and must be installed correctly as part of the system.
